TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Before paying a deposit and committing to the appointment please note:
 

  • All deposits are non refundable.

  • We require 72 hours notice to move an appointment or change the design.

  • Please bring valid and in-date photo ID to the appointment (for example a passport or driving licence).

  • If you are going to be late, please let your artist know. If you are more than 15 minutes, late we may have to reschedule the appointment with a new deposit.

  • Please inform the artist of any medication you are on at the time of booking and update us if these change as occasionally we may require a doctor’s note.

  • Please let your artist know if there is any blemishes or scarring where you would like the tattoo or if you are prone to skin conditions that affects the area.

  • We cannot tattoo anyone under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

  • We cannot tattoo you if you are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.

  • We cannot tattoo skin with any sign of sunburn.

  • Please see our PREPARE page for more information on how to prepare for your tattoo.

  • You need to allow a minimum of two weeks for your tattoo to heal before exposing it to sun, swimming pool, saunas or sun beds. In this time you will also have to avoid heavy exercise. Please refer to our AFTERCARE page for a full breakdown of what is required during the healing stage.

  • Please also ask your artist if you wish to use numbing cream prior to the appointment as this can sometimes affect the procedure.

  • If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you must relay the following information onto them prior to their appointment.

 

Failure to adhere to the above will result the in loss of your deposit.

 

TOUCH UPS
 

  • 1 Free touch up is provided within a certain time scale of your appointment if needed. Please ask your artist to confirm this time scale.

  • If a touch-up appointment is missed, rebooking it will require payment.

 

 VOUCHER POLICY
 

When buying a voucher please note:

  • All vouchers are non refundable.

  • All vouchers are valid for a year from the date of purchase.

  • All vouchers can only be used once and it is the buyers responsibility ensure that they only make it available to the intended user.

  • A voucher can be used as a deposit if shown when booking a tattoo.

  • A voucher can be deducted from the total of the tattoo on the day and must be shown at the time of payment.
